User Agreement
- "Our Site" mean the www.turkcedersleri.net
- "Method" shall mean our books, DVD's, exercises, every form of communication on our site;
- "Course" shall mean, in the context of this Agreement, the Turkish Learning Course to be given through the Internet within the framework of distance learning method;
- "Participant" shall mean the individual who sets a demand to participate in the courses by agreeing to this Agreement;
- "Level" shall mean each one of Levels (Level-I, Level-II, Level-III);
- "Certificate" shall mean the written document given to paticipant who has taken the certificate test for the related level.
Our site and Participant agrees to all the terms stated below.
- Without limitation, all material, raw and processed content, drawing and design, software programs and source codes, commercial titles, components, passwords, methods, protected by the Related Laws of the Netherlands and by applicable International Laws.
- Each course is reserved for participant only; the password provided for participant may not be sold or given to third parties and it will be used by participant only. Within course content, the "user name" and any kind of material will be presented to participant for use during course period only (one year for each level) on the understanding that participant will be the sole user of this user name and material. Our site reserves the right to terminate participants account if any negligence by participant to result in such conditions as to breach the agreement terms occurs.
- Our site undertakes that participant will have an access to lesson content through the Internet and will be able to reach our site instructors by means of e-mail in order to present problems and receive replies.
- Our site does not warrant that participant who has registered for www.turkcedersleri.net and participated course will learn Turkish language.
- At the end of each level, participant will receive a participant document that participant has registered for and participated in the related level, as well as to display participant's level of accomplishment. Any participant who passes the test will receive a level certificate certified by www.turkcedersleri.net.
- Our site may not be responsible for any direct and/or indirect damage to arise from the use or misuse or faulty use of course materials for any reason during course period.
